Revelatory Impact LLC was formed in May 2025 in the State of Maryland. We are a Christian faith-based transformational teaching platform that provides online workshops, group coaching, and learning resources to help Christian business leaders discover the power they have in their true identity in Christ which was available when they were born again. 

We believe these are the last days as defined in Holy scriptures. We offer Christian leadership training to equip business professionals on how to live their true identity by letting go of the artificial identities created to survive in this world. We help you successfully navigate today's challenges with sustainable solutions through authentic leadership. As God's representatives, each of you has a significant role to play and you have been given everything you need to accomplish your assignments.  

Revelatory Impact's mission is to empower Christian professionals to embrace their true identity in Christ and through revelation knowledge transform the marketplace and fulfill the perfect will of God. We teach biblical principles and facilitate group discussions to inspire and motivate Christian leaders who are serious about their relationship with Christ and are committed to spiritual growth, professional excellence, and ethical leadership. 

Our Founder, Darlene Faye Andrews, brings decades of Christian and business leadership experience. She has a deep conviction that Christian professionals can leverage their talents to master today's technology, understand evolving socio-economic and political issues, and develop creative solutions that uplift people and their moral standards. She further believes that Christian leaders have the mind of Christ and God's wisdom to become great influencers. Her goal is for Christian leaders to fully partner with God and become high-impact leaders producing extraordinary results that continue to multiply for God's Kingdom.
