Our Founder and CEO, Darlene Faye Andrews, is a native of Washington, D.C. and a born-again Christian raised with five siblings. She found her love for God and accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at the age of 12. Though raised by loving Christian parents, her upbringing was grounded in religious practices based on following rules more than being free to learn and experience life to discover your unique gifts and talents. After finishing undergraduate college, she left home and struggled with her faith. She later rededicated her life to Christ and received more than forgiveness of sins, she received profound revelation about her identity in Christ, and the elevated status God gave to all believers as members of His royal, supreme family.
Darlene created Revelatory Impact as a Christian faith-based transformational teaching platform, to awaken, renew, and transform business professionals to who they are in Christ and the divine power they have within to shift from pressure-driven striving to a life of thriving with clarity, wisdom, and spiritual authority. Before Revelatory Impact, Darlene served in senior leadership roles with Panagora Group as Executive Vice President and Corporate Ethics Officer working with teams of technical practice directors and program directors to achieve programmatic impact, corporate objectives, and genuine client satisfaction. She also served in other roles at the company such as Vice President for Program Impact, Director of Program Management and Staff Advancement, Member of the Board of Directors, and outside the company she served as Co-chair of the Outreach Committee for the Small Business Association for International Companies Board of Directors.
Prior to Panagora, Darlene was president and CEO of Faylene Investors LLC, a real estate investing business, and Faithfully and Wonderfully Made LLC, a life coaching practice and consultant to small business entrepreneurs. At Chemonics International, she enjoyed her work as Director, Professional Development Programs where she led the development of a staff development program and talent management system. Before this role, she also served as program director at Chemonics for several U.S. Agency for International Development contracts.
Her commitment to share the power of God’s Word led her to author Break Free from Harmful Thoughts: Find Purpose and Continuous Joy, Peace, and Freedom. She holds a Master of Arts in Christian Counseling from Bible Faith Global University, a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Alliance University (formerly Nyack College), and a Bachelor of Science in English Education from the University of the District of Colombia. Darlene also has certifications as Life Coach, Transformational Coach, and Purpose Quest Workshop Facilitator.
Darlene is a born-again Christian who loves God and lives an authentic Christian life. She is a gifted teacher who cares about your spiritual and professional development.
She has taught adult bible classes and is currently a member of Hope Christian Church in Maryland; Intercessors for America, Maryland Chapter; C-Suite for Christ; and is in the Prophetic Voice mentorship program, for prophetic training and oversight.
She combines her Christian faith, professional leadership experience, transformational coaching skills, and practical teaching to help Christian professionals align their true identity with authentic leadership, influencing others to follow the right path.
With over 35 years of professional work experience including 22 years in international development consulting, she has worked as a mid-level manager, director, executive, and Board member which give her a broad perspective when teaching Christian leaders.
She has traveled and/or lived in 17 countries outside the U.S. and her expertise includes project management, business operations, leadership development, and organizational growth. Her background gives her both the practical business skills and the biblical knowledge to guide and integrate faith with professional excellence.
She is an author and certified life coach and transformational coach, with books such as Break Free from Harmful Thoughts, which teaches biblical practices for overcoming negative thinking, improving relationships, and living in alignment with God’s design. Her next book Hidden Treasures in Your True Identity is expected in early 2027.
